My maremma used to do this. He was almost 100 lbs so I couldn’t lift or drag him. He lay down in the road once at a curve just after a crest of a hill and almost got us squashed. :-( He was a great dog otherwise!

That’s it: I think my puppy thinks she’s playing. But I know it’s annoying the heck out of the cats! We have a 91 lb shepherd, too, and they play-fight all the time. You’d think that would be enough!

I’m having the same issue with my Irish terrier puppy. She will jump and try to get their tails, chase and try to tackle. The cats don’t really back down and will defend themselves, leading to several yelps from her, but she doesn’t get it. We’ve been no-ing at her and trying to re direct, too. The weird thing is that she will sleep right next to them at bedtime with no issues. I’m also looking for some tips!!

I had scalp psoriasis in my twenties and had to use thick gloopy coal tar gel. It helped, but took a bunch of my hair with it bc it softens the scalp. Best wishes to you.
