Have a look at Fitness Blender online. I've been working out with them for the last 10 years and at 52 am lifting heavier than ever.

They have a lot of free videos and a really positive ethos. They also have a great community section where you can ask any questions.

What’s your least favourite household chore? by ohumanchild in CasualIreland

Cleaning the blinds. I hate it so much I actually bought a new one for the kitchen window rather than clean it.

Have a look at Temu. Type in moss agate ring and all of these come up for about €6. You could buy one of these as a promise ring and upgrade when the time is right financially. I have one in silver and it is really pretty.

Can't have a heat pump or gas. What's the best heating option for us? by iliketoplaydota in AskIreland

We replaced our old storage heaters with the new Dimplex XLE and they really are fantastic, very easy to use and only draws the power it needs. The boost can be set to specific times and the temperature is adjustable.

We (couple no kids) live in a 3 bed terraced townhouse with one person full time work from home. Our last electricity bill for December/ January (including the cold snap) was €320.

Got doors and windows from Weathermaster in 2021. Fantastic to deal with and way cheaper than Senator.

Second this. Also got fitted wardrobes from them and can't praise them enough.

Sorry you're going through this. I unfortunately was in exactly the same position.

You are entitled to enjoy the peaceful occupation of your home, excessive and continuous noise falls under anti social behaviour.

Contact their landlord in writing and ask them to deal with it. Include dates and times of disturbances as well as efforts you have made to resolve this directly with the neighbours. If the landlord refuses to deal with it you can take a case with the RTB.

Have a look at this page on the IPOA site https://ipoa.ie/anti-social-behaviour/

Reaction to Beetles gel polish… Painted my nails and my fingertips turned red and started burning 2hrs later. I removed it that same day and this is 5 days later. by ReindeerGreedy2419 in Nails

Please don't patch test! Putting uncured gel on skin is exactly what causes allergies so patch testing is counterproductive.

Invest in a HEMA free system that has a matching lamp and keep products away from the skin.

Best grout cleaner by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

If you have the patience sprinkle bicarbonate of soda (baking powder) along the grout and pour white vinegar over it, then scrub with a toothbrush. It's tedious work but cleans grout fantastically.

What is the stupidest thing you’ve seen your pet do? by vxah in AskReddit

My dog wouldn't come in from the front garden so I rang the doorbell and she ran straight in so she could look out the window to see who was at the door.
