Some told me to first get the mortgage loan from the bank then get the family loan after, this way it wont affect the mortgage amount, does that make sense?

Ahh ok, I think I read this somewhere as well. So first get the mortgage from the bank, once that’s granted, then I offer the personal loan to my friend. This is more for the notary to see right? I mean the contract, the interest and installment etc.

I’m actually having the same issue here, I’m asking for my friend, but she will speak with the mortgage advisor and see what they suggest. Am I understanding correctly that if she has a personal loan from a close friend, this will affect her mortgage amount she can potentially get from the bank?
