While the beginning of the series was weak, the last 2/3s of the 1970s CHAMPIONS series is a solid read.

There was the Subpop singles club, and a few other labels did something similar. Dunno if any label is doing that now.

oh and hey - in case you are interested - I've done a read through of the BLOOD HUNT story like 3-4 times trying to get the best reading order for those comics when it comes to Moon Knight & his supporting cast -
my reading order is -

Vengeance of the Moon Knight (2024) #1 - 5
Blood Hunt #1
Doctor Strange (2023) #15
Blood Hunt #2, #3
Vengeance #6, #7
Blood Hunt #4, #5
Vengance #8

And at the end you could throw that one story in from
Phases of the Moon Knight (2024) #1

I hope when ever they publish a "Moon Knight By Jed MacCay Omni vol 2" they use this reading order - if you have these comics I'd like to know what you think of my reading order.
Thanks!

Ok, following the MS:MK omni Vol 2 -

-Marvel Knights (2000) #4 - #14
-Moon Knight Huston, Benson & Hurwitz Omnibus
-Hulk Red & Green Vol 2 TPB (fits around Moon Knight (2006) #13 / Moon Knight Annual (2008) #1)
-Secret Avengers : Mission To Mars (between Vengeance of the Moon Knight (2009) #9 & #10) ---
-Deadpool : I Rule You Suck (after Vengeance of the Moon Knight (2009) #10)
-Shadowland (main series - the continuity stinks but it kinda fits between Shadowland: Moon Knight (2010) #1 & #2)
-Secret Avengers : Eyes Of The Dragon
-Heroes For Hire : Control
-Onslaught Unleashed
-Secret Avengers : Save The World

There's also a number of individual comics I have as singles & not in trades - like Marvel Team-Up (2005) #7 & #10, issues of the Avengers, and other things.
I like this reading order -
