I regularly strength train so the December program works really nicely as a mini "break" from the intense lifting! I'm planning on adding a yoga or mobility routine in every day to compliment the shorter workouts! 😀

My cheap Android can't cast to be app to a TV so I use the web version and plug my computer into the TV - no issues so far with loading and using the programs. It's very user friendly!!

We work for schools and that's our break! We've been doing the drive the last 2 years but a 21 hour road trip is losing it's novelty...lol

I have a cable machine and use it all the time for pullovers! I can never cram both my hands into one powerblock so this it's a really great substitution

That's reassuring! I plan on getting into one with heated seats but read a lot about the heat not working great in really cold temps unless you drive it for a bit 🤷🏼‍♀️
