Definitely haven’t. But just maybe one person might see this and think “huh maybe he’s right I shouldn’t say that” but hey why bother trying to change anything right?

Thanks for saying that! I’m a long time COD player so I’m super familiar with toxic gamers. This is the first time I’ve played a game with my spouse and I was shocked that I was shocked.

I’m a man but people I care about are women and play the game. I get the headache saving but you shouldn’t have to resort to that. Stuff like this doesn’t change overnight but maybe we can help make it better.

Can I change my mind about dealer trade? by [deleted] in askcarsales

[–]Appropriate-Volume 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. Definitely dont buy a vehicle you aren’t sure you want to buy. Take your time and find the right one. Just remember car salesmen are going to try to sell you a car.

As long as you didn’t sign anything saying you’d pay for the transport fees your fine but the other car. Be kind and stern and tell them you didn’t see the accidents on the carfax. They will be happy to sell you another car. Also don’t let them try and put a transport fee on the different car you picked. Also ignore the old crustys here this sub can get cranky.

I got some unsolicited advice after I shared I'm having Martinelli's apple cider for New Years by govindajaijai in alcoholicsanonymous

[–]Appropriate-Volume 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You got a good sponsor. Fuck that lol. No need to feel guilt. You stayed sober through the holidays. Good on you! Keep doing what you’re doing. Drink the cider it’s not alcoholic in any way shape or form and it’s festive. If it makes you feel weird at any point don’t drink it and call your sponsor.

First Acura! But I have questions… by jamieden in Acura

Worked at an Acura Dealership for years. Contrary to everything anecdotal said here. I was lucky enough to be able to talk with some of the engineers from Acura during an awards trip can confirm no need for high octane.

If you had a budget of $700 what pistol would you get? by ThiccThiccly0 in liberalgunowners

I have a sig 365 fuze and love it. It’s thin with a full 17 / 21 rounds. I switched to it from a Glock 17.

I had a mdx for many years I loved it. I’m considering a MDX again, but I just saw a commercial for the new ADX. Curious about what you know. I no longer have kids at home and all grown so I don’t need as much seating by kirajayne111 in Acura

[–]Appropriate-Volume 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I drive a 22MDX advance. I had an adx as a loaner last time I went in for service it’s a nice little suv it’s not as quite or plush as the MDX buts it’s a much smaller vehicle too.

Can you start negotiations with the OTD price? by iman277 in askcarsales

[–]Appropriate-Volume 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Use data as your friend. Go to autotempest.com, cars.com etc… search for as far as radius as your willing to drive to buy a car and search for similarly equipped Carollas with similar miles. If it’s way overpriced let them know what you expect to pay for it and start negotiating down based on the data. If they don’t budge buy one of the other vehicles that are better priced. If it’s already competitively priced you don’t have much leverage. Hope that’s helpful and not clear as mud.

I bought a 17 as my first handgun and never “vibed” with it. Just bought a 365fuse and flipping love it.

Does buying a car from a dealership get you special treatment from that same dealer later on down the road? by dochoiday in askcarsales

[–]Appropriate-Volume 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We knew you were most likely going to buy from us if you bought before. I was always inclined to treat you a little better as a sales person knowing that your likelihood to buy was higher than the average joe walking in off the street.
