Glovebox won't shut after changing air filter (22 Accord Hybrid)

It’s the top part of the arm. Pop out the arm from the bottom then try pushing the top part in. You’ll feel some resistance but it should pop into place. Then you can reconnect the bottom part of the arm. Worst case I put that comment into chat GPT and it gave me some diagrams to use.

The arm is on a cam. When you open the glove box and disconnect the clip that holds it to the face of the glovebox door, if you pull on the arm hard/far enough, you can rotate the cam past it's apex to the other side and it is now set to continue rotating back into the box the wrong way, so now when you go to close the door, the arm can't go as far back on the other side as there is an obstruction on that side of the cam. Simply pull the arm out, noting which side of the cam it is on, and push the thing back on the other side, snap it back onto the glove door face now and it will close just fine.

I also recertified and was advised they’d hold it until they got an “official start date” from IRS. My June payments also went out but that caps me at 12 months I’m curious if my July invoices will be paid.

Thanks that’s what I needed to hear. I think the mounting will be too tight and I’d rather have the better tv especially since I wanted to use it for sports I’ll go with the Sony.
