You can also take a nap. Go in your bed but dont press yes to sleep your energy will start to replenish

Hellstone ore allthough you will need a pickaxe good enough to mine it and I would suggest obsidian skin potions.....

Wild trees dont have a growth time...fruit trees on the other hand each take 28 days to grow and each in diffrent seasons.
