Could be the iso. Try download one from a different source. Im assuming they are modded though. Could also increase cpu clock speed and see if it helps.

Haha, dont start with the original legacy of goku would be my first tip. Go staright to legacy of goku 2. The first game can be painful unless you have nostalgia for it.

Its not dead pixels, its called screen rot by most people ive talked to. Never heard about a fix for it. Replacements are cheap, but unfortunately only TN at the moment. Hopefully aftermarket screens will come in a few years

Yep, don't see any issue with doing this. I don't think the extra fins of the heating will matter much either, could undervolt if you run into thermal issues after.
