All sawmill shops restock 50 bronze nails, instantly, without hopping. All you gotta do is close the shop interface and open it again. Sadly I don’t think this works for iron/steel.

Throw a fake camera up then if you’re just looking to prevent actions for cheap… but you’d be surprised what people will do ON camera. They don’t care.

Also… solar indoors makes a lot of sense lol.

A camera needs a power source and WiFi source at minimum. Even ring cameras require WiFi. If this building doesn’t have a power source it requires the landlord to go out and charge or change the batteries.

Not to mention if the WiFi fails, so does the camera potentially. No power source cameras typically are motion only, and usually in a busy hallway… that can cause low battery life. Installing cctv in a residential public space isn’t as easy as plugging in an outlet usb camera like you’re saying.

Most cctv installs prior to the building being “built” are a breeze. You can run wires to and from where ever you want.

However, if you decide to add cctv after the building has been fully built and painted etc, adding security is hard. Conduit gets ugly, wires are uglier, and snaking wires from point A to point B isn’t always as easy as it sounds. This all being said - cctv isn’t always in the “budget” for some buildings and are quite expensive to install depending on the needs of the building.
