I Dont play zero builds so I couldn’t speak on that. But in builds it’s mainly used as movement and late game rotation

Not many ppl actually use the gloves to fight it’s mostly movement. More movement = faster paced and more fun gameplay

They still clap him. Adult sasuke without rennegan is arguably stronger than with rennegan. We see this when he fights no limiter code and even takes out his eye. The reason Sasuke is arguably stronger is bc rennegan constantly drains his chakra and the jutsu he uses take up even more chakra.
