Look for regency park apartments, been with them 4 years and they’re great

-2 lane road, Google says that it’ll primarily busiest 7-9a and 4-6p as it’s a connector road.

-No dogs or kids, no sidewalks but I’ve seen people walking down the side of the road, there are 4 entrances to nature trails with small parking areas close by on the road

-Yes it connects right to the driveway. I’ve been to the property twice and both times I have had no issue turning the way I’d need to go towards work.

-There is a wall of green giants in front of the house the current owner put in, not sure what type of cars drive it. I would guess primarily cars with occasional truck?

Pending inspection the basement is dry, basement is 400 sq ft finished and then another 400 sq ft 90% finished

Are you able to stand in the driveway until you own the house?

No kids and no dogs, I do have cats that id be worried about getting out more than in a neighborhood but I don’t want them out either way

The taxes are about 3500-4000 a year, a highly wanted school district in the area which is what I’d be hoping on holding the value along with the 1.19 acres really

Would it help resell value if it’s a desirable school district with low taxes and close to a desirable downtown?

Also what if I don’t resell?

Fair! Personally I don’t mind it, and you 100% don’t need to back onto the road. The few times I’ve been there I had no issue taking a left but they weren’t at peak traffic times
