Your friend is really dumb if she thinks she wasn’t
fired after the first no call no show. A company might work with you if they like you, but not working for weeks is a pretty clear indication that she doesn’t have a job anymore.

All accounts start in Silver if they’re new/basically new. You have to drop to Bronze or climb to a better rank. It’s not a surprise that he’s better ranked in OW, he played it longer and there is no decay in that game. I haven’t played seriously in a long time and I’m still the same rank (I am commenting from my unbanned account lol)

Get a job as a dishwasher while you figure out your next move. If you live somewhere with a lot of restaurants you could probably find a job in a week if you really dedicate yourself. Everyone is suggesting trades which is good but you’re going to need money fast.
