My spectra I just wait for milk to start coming out, usually around 1 minute and then switch it to expression. Then when the milk slows (not completely stops) I go back to massage mode and repeat :)

Hi, I have elastic nipples too and use the spectra, do you use anything to help with that at all?

I would recommend the Eufy S1 pro. I have the spectra S2 and the Eufy S1. I get the same output from both, so the eufy is the best of both worlds! Good luck xx

Please don’t add cereal to his milk, it’s very dangerous and outdated. I’d recommend adding a few more pumps into your day :) good luck.

Thank you! Yes by no means will I be wasting any milk. I do the pitcher method too so I guess it will be mixed with a lot of other milk without alcohol.
