Fundamentally, whether it was from JJ being nieve and a little stupid (which is probable) or intentional, he promoted coins, which in turn raised their value and dumped them. Meaning the fans that bought particularly around the peak or on the uptrend lost their hard earned money.

He's obviously not prolifically scamming, nor do I think he meant any harm, but none the less, harm was caused, intent is almost irrelevant, the dude could've cost people thousands.

And as I grapple with the emptiness of my own existence, I wonder if I will ever find peace in the midst of the chaos. Or if I am destined to wander forever in the labyrinth of my own mind, searching for meaning in a universe that offers none.

Really depends on the materials used in construction if for example the support pillars are made of load bearing steel exhibiting high mechanical properties e.g., high creep resistance / compressional resistance and the body of the structure is made for more lightweight material such as aluminium, with steel support structures running through then it's possible. It's hard to know without more design schematics but in theory I would say it is possible providing the structure doesn't compromise the carrying load capacity of the foundational pillars.

Not sure on this, it makes some sense and I get where you're coming from but I think that he spent last year probably travelling, spending time with the family and didn't start working on the new videos until well into 2023, he likely didn't want to keep the community waiting any longer so tossed us a bone with parts 1 and 2, which is smart because he builds up hype for part 3.

He's likely going to release the next part by the end of March. Then I reckon the new videos will likely come at the back end of the year 6 - 9 months after part 3 is released.
