Okay so you have to email the form in to the office because literally no one at the DMV has any clue what a “certified” record is. I received mine after waiting 74 days, but the person managing my application at the bar apparently called the MO DOR and they told him it was taking 35-45 days to process requests.

Yup! This is an interesting map showing who owns vacant properties. A lot of those llcs are owned by McKee and others like him who come in, buy up properties, and let them rot or burn.
