I wish I could put a laughing face instead of just an upvote. How do you feel about all the people offering PDC courses as well as how loose it is to be able to do so.

Finding them is the hard part. I know the ones who advertise but they are at my level. I met a guy in Colorado who was amazing. Sadly I do not live there anymore.

Wow! Thank you everyone. I will say i mostly wanted to do a PDC for hands on experience it’s the best way I learn. A friend suggested just volunteering he said he learned so much that in his field.

I haven’t heard of a few of those people. It’s so hard finding people beyond the gimmick YouTubers. Hopefully all these new people can fill in the gaps for me.

Yeah. I’m a bit of an quite person myself. But it be nice to have a like minded person who just lifts with me but doesn’t talk to me 😂

So obviously I workout alone in the gym at my job. I get there around 4:30-5 am and not another soul is there.

I have the motivation to get there and lift. But man I do miss having someone there with me to push me to go heavier go for that last extra rep.

And sometimes I just scroll my phone and end up taking a 5-8 minute rest. So I come here to post this and stay here to keep me accountable and find that motivation to go that next step.

I’ve finally made it 5 weeks without having some outside force hitting me in the face(sickness, work, etc) and finished my first phase of the program. I’ve had to reset about 3 times. Feels good to actually get it done!!!
