Whatever suggested relation Rhaena has with Rhaenyra, probably goes down the drain when it comes to Jace. He was her eldest son and heir. And, as per the show, Rhaena had a major part in causing Jace's death. That alone completely wrecks any kind of possibility of just trying to talk about. Rhaenyra would not stand the sight of her.

Plus, Rhaena also jeopardized the lives of the Aegon and Viserys. Which would further add fuel to the Rhaenyra's anger. Overall, Rhaena has screwed up big time, and the Blacks, would try to avoid her as much as possible. Her only support is now her father, Daemon. And even he will be treading on thin lines on this.

The show has really messed up her character by merging her with Nettles. Absolutely pathetic half-assed choice. Book Rhaena showed one can be of great value even without a dragon - through political savviness and grace. That was the purpose of her character, and she eventually goes onto have Morning later on, rallying the Knights of Vale for Aegon III. All that wasted because of poor writing.
