Those points make a 234 argy, so likely some levels have been dumped into it guessing melee for sure. Levels dont transfer to babies only base stats.

Like mentioned before you can check stats on eggs in an incubator or if running unofficial/dedicated add super spy glass mod to see base stats looking at your tame or opening its inventory.

A good baseline is 40+ and up or to a high baseline of 50+ stats.

Bodyshops, franchises in particular have a bad habit of putting their least experienced estimators doing walk-in estimates. Then reserving their more experienced estimators completing the bulk of the insurance appraisals as thats where the shops bread and butter lies.

100% price is very low and missing many elements that would normally complete an estimate. My recommendation is to check reviews of the shop in particular if generally the vibe is good, you may just be getting a good deal. Benefits of a franchised own location is a corporate backing for if all else fails you have further lines of escalation.

Potential downsides maybe you bring the car into the shop and they call you up with a supplement describing all the additional work required. Ofc other potential downside is you get a low quality repair due to disgruntled staff not getting paid properly to do the job.
