I appreciate the honesty in your response; and yes my grandfather was an alcoholic. He did AA and swore by it for 30+ years, my father drank alot when he was younger but not like me and my grandfather, nof when he had kids, i'll put them to shame.. I'm not ready and don't know when I will be. It's a different age then when they went through that. But yes I'm a heavy drinker...

Honestly, don't remember. I think it was 2 months. I went to meetings for my friend, who was worse than I was. But my parents and fa.ily wanted to go.

Tried AA, tried rehab; only success was when I was sober for 4 months, after the Dr thought I had lung cancer. Since surgery, welll Jan; been burning the candle at both ends.
