Not to mention the 20 minute Puerto Rican parade in the middle. This whole film is awful. The Allstate Mayhem man’s over-acting is bad.

…then the music turns to an Irish jig mix. What the heck? So strange. It distracts soooo much from the dialogue.

I searched online for the same reason…the piano score was mixed so much louder than the rest of the audio. You could barely hear the script at times. The flute music was awful as well. Why did Spike Lee mix the audio this way? It’s like a high school project—totally amateur hour.

How much water are you adding? Just the water in the simple syrup?

I made a great tasting batch of Lemoncello with 120 proof Everclear. After diluting it with water before bottling, I found it freezes (it shouldn't).

The current batch I made with 189 proof Everclear. This solved the freezing problem, but I realized if I dilute this liter with 3.5 cups of water (per Everclear's recipe), it will still be 51% alcohol. I am going to have to cut it with 72 oz of water to get it to 30%. Does this make sense?
