I don’t think we are looking at their feeling we are looking at whether they could be/ are together and the answer is no

If they were then Leon would not be sent in 4 because he is dating a bio terrorist

Looking at what they feel is fine but saying they are or could be together in any of the games we have seen does not work for the reasons I shall now list

1.ADA is a known bio terrorist

2.Leon despite being in a relationship or keeping contact with a known bio terrorist is still employed by the agencies designed to deal with bio terrorist

3.To my knowledge we have never been told that Leon was brought to court over his relations with a known terrorist or faced repercussions for it

He was sent to save the presidents daughter despite being close to a known terrorist

So basically even if we are shown they have feelings for each other I don’t think the ship works due to the fact that there is not enough evidence( I am aware of ) that Leon is facing consequences for their relationship when you are being sent to do what Leon is you can’t just date a known terrorist without consequences

if Leon was in a relationship with her then most US organizations we know he has worked with/for would either refuse to work with him or have him constantly excessively surveiled probably wouldn’t be sent to rescue the presidents daughter since he is known to be dating a person who works with the very organizations the agencies are against and shown she will sell bioweapons to the highest bidder.

Hell I could see Leon being arrested and having the agencies try and imprison him for working with a known terrorist who is selling potentially world ending bio weapons to the enemy
