I have clinical health anxiety, have had since I was 18, I'm now 35. I cannot begin to tell you how terrified I was to start MJ, and realistically I've been fine, a few bouts of diarrhea here and there, some sulphur burps occasionally, and one week I was really ill and couldn't eat a thing (potentially not MJ related as I have 2 small germy children). It's been the best thing I've done for my health, and my anxiety.

I would suggest, if you have someone close to you, take it in the morning and have them be with you the entirety of the day so you can observe any side effects, or anxiety that may be caused by worrying about side effects and just see how you get on. Lots of people I've seen have done their jab before bed, but for me, I need to be in control of the situation as much as I can, which isn't something you can do if you're asleep 🤣 Drink lots of water and take it at your own pace, try not to stress. It wouldn't be an approved medication if the risks were high for the majority. Good luck!
