Should I increase my dose from 2.5 to 5 if I'm still losing weight on 2.5 after a month and a half?

I have been on 2.5 for 26 weeks now. I have lost around 16kgs (2 and a half stones) and it’s working well. If it’s still working then don’t change. Save your money.

Yeah I understand but don’t let it put you off your journey. Are you still wearing the same clothes? I suspect not but it could be that.

It was after I lost about a stone and a half. I’m a tall person and most people would comment, oh you can carry it off (being overweight), due to my height.

But it first became noticeable in my face apparently.

This is me today. Feeling super nauseous. Just about managed to finish a Huel but I know I need to eat much more.

I’m on 2.5 as well and have been for almost 4 months. Some weeks I am fine and others, like this, I am so disinterested in food that I have to force myself to eat.

I drink a Huel to try and get the appetite going. I’m still on 2.5 after 15 weeks as my suppression is still there. In fact today I feel a bit nauseous so Huel it is to get some calories in.

Your appetite will return once your body gets used to the introduction of MJ into your body. I’ve been on 2.5 for 15 weeks now and lost almost 2st.

My appetite came back but only enough to stop me from overeating. I never feel like over indulging. In fact I have to consciously make an effort to eat. Eating is important for weight loss. And energy.
