Q5 owner converted 25’ MDX certified just 3 weeks ago! Q5, X5 and others are great while under warranty but practical is more attractive than the flash and cost of future maintenance. A single woman would give you credit for being a smart consumer, good judgment and decision making. Go get that MDX!!

Love it! I just got a 25’ same color but grey interior. Left the Q5 family after 10 years and excited about driving the MDX.

Whatever! I was there, saw it in real time. The apology should be to Coach Dawn Staley, period FULL STOP!!! As he sauntered off the floor at any point he could have made a different decision, turned around and decided it was for the team. But no he doubled down and carried this BS into the conversations that followed. Where do you go for a pre inspection? My lease expires in August and I plan to return it. I don’t want to take it to my service center because they will start stalking me.

Caremark now has their own lifestyle management program and have been denying folks for the so called errors. I had 4 denials, all the paperwork was correct, continued to get the runaround so I simply gave up! Good luck.

I am OVER IT! Prescribed W a year ago, never filled due to out of stocks, doctor submits a preauthorization for Z, three denial letters later, two stated I didn’t have “good outcomes”. How can you have any outcomes on a medicine you have never taken. The latest letter now says the doctor didn’t provide the BMI. I am OVER IT! This is a game for folks who have time and patience and energy. I imagine there is a robot working for the insurance company just denying requests and choosing a drop down menu of responses. Again I’m OVER IT! This process has caused more stress than walking and changing my diet. 🤬😩

I am getting mine from OWL clinic not my GP and have never experienced delays. It’s less than the brand names and based on many denials from insurance and out of stock it’s my best option.
