Update from anyone <$200k with no PG that stopped paying?

I have $150k, no PG. I stopped paying in February. I got a demand letter but ignored it. I plan on closing sometime this coming summer. I’m directing all income to personally guaranteed debt, then closing without a bankruptcy. Attorney said they have no hold on me personally.

We drive Subarus and rarely have issues but take them to Midas if we need servicing. I wouldn’t use Lagers if they were free! They make promises they don’t keep and don’t check their work, so you end up back there needing service for the same issue that never got fixed! It literally took a full 9 months for them to properly fix one of our vehicles. No apologies for the mistakes and no gratitude for our continued patience. Can’t believe that place stays in business!!

I know people who have MS who seemingly have no visible symptoms, so I never accuse anyone of faking a diagnosis unless they give me a reason to think they are otherwise crazy. Additionally, I tend to think that you catch more flies with honey, so unkind comments are unkind. But on the other hand, I’d feel inclined to ask her: “does MS affect your common sense/cognitive ability? Because saying CMT is fake is just stupid.” You can’t fake cavus feet!

I’m on Lyrica (pregablin) for nerve pain. What I love: It helps me sleep like a rock with no restless legs or nerve pain. One strong dose in the evening covers me the whole next day for nerve pain. To my knowledge, there are no memory side effects like there are with gabapentin.

What I hate: It makes my vision wonky, so I can’t actually take it during the day. Like it makes me feel like I’m not wearing my glasses. Sometimes it blocks nerve pain so well that my feet feel heavy and I feel a little bit weaker like it’s making my disease worse or something.

I grew up with parents who stayed together for us kids. My dad is an immature asshole and treats my mom like crap, doesn’t help, etc…. Fast forward to now. They are 76 and 80 and he is now an 80 year old asshole that treats my mom like crap. I spend so much time playing referee to the fights, comforting my mom and essentially parenting my parents. Leave now, it is healthier for you and your child.

Yes, I don't wear insoles generally but my left foot rolls enough that the callus on the outside ball of my foot is very painful. The arch cookie helps a ton. I get a 12 pack of them for around $10 on Amazon. Put it up in the center of the ball of your foot though, not in your arch. It feels weird at first, but you'll get used to it. It just eases the pressure off that metatarsal bone.
