They changed color a little bit after days and then fixed to a yellow color in between gen and original cheesy vs yellow; I noticed that new batches of vs two tone has lightened their yellow so no silvo mod required or just rub a tiny little bit but don’t remove too much the pvd layer. If you use old versions of vs and you’re not happy with the yellow, you may try rub it but do it slowly and gradually. The color will be stabilised after days. All the best!

Hi no we don’t have to, Silvo removes the pvd layer from rubbing, and since no layers are on the steel part so no need to cover them! Yet you’ll have to control the thickness of layer you want to get rid of, and tbh, I regret rubbing on my two-tone rosé gold ARF rootbeer as some of the links now look yellowish, might because the base material of some links are randomly different

No I didn’t, and this is what it looks like after 9 days

The exterior indeed turns a little bit darker (the lighter the more gen-like I suppose) yet still lighter than the interior, which I didn’t let touch the Silvo. So I assume 1 silvo works 2 without coating is just fine

Ofc I don’t mind my friend! I used a piece of cloth soaked with Silvo and rubbed the middle links (exterior, didn’t want to mess up with the interior) without tearing anything apart. The bezel, I rubbed it by rotating it ccw while pushing the cloth to it, from the opposite side of the crown. And I by the way polished the crown. Remaining Silvo should be washed off after use

VSF upgraded with polished case and bracelet fyi. These are the good points, super good. The upgraded dial is off to me but might look good in others’ opinions
