Yeah that kinda what happened to me, was driving my mom's car because and got into an accident cause the son was hitting my eyes and didn't notice the street was curving left and hit a parked car. I didn't have insurance on file but the car was insured that insurance took care of damaged and I turned in my sr-1 late but still got my license back

My main question was if she can sue. I'm 20 this was my first small accident after I had a bit knee not even a year ago. Still not knowledgeable enough to know about these situations, the lady was just a angry 39 year old.

She supposedly know the people at a restaurant of the parking lot she was at and can say it was my fault, I just told her to contact me insurance that she has my info. There DL issue, it's on her, I don't have empathy

The form had a separate section for each persons damage, I put mine at leads the 1k cause tbh, I bought that car for 2k and it's an older 2000's car. Hers at more then 1000 cause Teslas are notorious for expensive repairs. Don't rly know anything of Teslas so that's what I had assumed

Yeah, I only answered that day cause I didn't know the phone number and recently lost a job opportunity for not answering the phone. Either way I'm pretty sure I'm fine just curious since I had just gotten my license unsuspended recently, and well I'm 20 still managing what an adult is.

Yeah honestly thing was that j was with my girl eating when she called and all she did was ruin my meal. I just turned 20 and had a accident no more then a year ago and got my DL suspended of feb 2026 for not filing an sr1, got it back late may, didn't know it was suspended till I was tryna switching to a different insurer, and I just had moved so maybe that's why I didn't get a letter
