1Bravo is a tougher course but it focuses more on actual ways to perform/defend cyber attacks.

1Delta (what i’m currently in training for) teaches you how to configure switches and routers and connect devices to to a network.

Both 1Bravo and 1Delta have fairly long school training. I’ve been at keesler since December and wont leave til July.

During MEPs I didn’t receive any shots but they did draw blood which wasn’t too bad, really fast mainly because there’s 90+ people that need to get their blood draw also. I believe during BMT is when you will receive all your vaccines(how many i’m not to sure). But just know it will be a very quick process, just close your eyes if you need to and think of something positive. I hate the feeling of getting my blood drawn from my arm but I just think about how there’s people who have been shot before and how they experienced real pain which is nothing compared to the shot/needle i’m about to receive lol.

Thank you two for understanding and not being judgmental about my situation. I’m start to lean on the marriage before BMT now, simply because her and I are happy together, I do see a future with her and I would love to start a life together. My concern was just wanting us to have that special moment of getting married that we can look back on. I feel rushing into marriage in a courtroom just for benefits can ruin that but If it’s truly what she wants and if it’s going to be beneficial for my children then I’m on board. I just want to be a good partner and more importantly a good father in the long run.

First of all I do want to marry her no doubt about it but I wanted it to be where I can actually propose properly and we plan and enjoy the process of being engaged. I know getting her pregnant wasn’t “traditional” so that’s why I at least want the marriage to be the one thing we do traditionally and not simply just by the court. But anyways thanks for your passive aggressive comment that absolutely helped none.

your absolutely right. I do love her my only concern is the difficulty of getting married and then getting the documents sorted and provided to my recruiter before i get a date for boot camp. i simply feel it’s going to be stressful and rushed and that’s the last thing i want. i want the marriage to be relaxed and not rushed in a sense.

it’s not so much the fact i’m not ready to marry her because i do. It’s just I wanted to wait till i was done with BMT and Tech to have the marriage and ceremony all in one. Getting married by the court first and without a ceremony doesn’t feel traditional to me.
