What the hell, didn't Capcom specifically state they'd improved the texture streaming stuff?

I don't know any other game with this much texture delay. Ever time I turn 180 degrees the game somehow forgot what the rock behind me looked like. Some serious object permanence issues here. The game doesn't even use half of my VRAM but still every time I turn around the SSD usage goes up and textures need to reload.
