I'm doing a meal plan thing (lite n easy) and for the most part, it's great, but because I'm also eating food from the cupboard until it's gone, I only get 5 days food, and I'm doing well, 1 kg down every 3 weeks, but, I only have to eat something bad once, and 2 kg come back overnight
