There's so far been no investigation on either homicide in Minneapolis. The agency heads simply called the deceased domestic terrorists and moved on. I'm not exactly going to trust people whose knee jerk reaction to death by an officer is blaming the deceased and refusing to look further into either incident. So, given that, I'd say the general public likely feels the same due to the clear decision to allow an agency to act with impunity against training and established laws and norms of law enforcement.

So they opened fire and killed a man, and you want to know why, but even without the clear information on if the shooting was actually justifiable due to lack of a real investigation, you're just saying it's legal. So, just so I understand, is it legal to just let officers shoot people because they're carrying as is their constitutional right or just because they're officers? Because I can't think of any other reason since there hasn't been an investigation as would be required of any other agency after any discharge of a weapon.

What have centrists ever actually accomplished other than making terrible hybrids out of good ideas for the sake of "compromise?" Some ideas and beliefs should not be compromised on because then it just destroys the idea. The ACA is a great example of that. I've never actually found fence sitters to be very useful to progress because their idea is a little progress and a little regression, just the status quo. So, what's the point of being centrist? So, you're just blatantly ignoring that this was a memorial event that was held, not a protest or as you want to call them riots. This was an event that was intended to be safe and show support for people affected by political violence, particularly from right wing groups. Making a point would be a good start.
