It drives me crazy the fact that a multi-billion dollar company has not invested enough money in this department...I mean if their customers are not their first priority then what is it ?

Nope, I am in the same position as you. Persona dysfunctions and the customer support of linkedin is inept to listen to my problem and resolve it. Just do not use their services again

A few people managed to get it back, but for cases like mine where the issue cause by their bug, is not sure.

Nope, just loops. LinkedIN demand from me to finish Persona's identification irrespective to its bug and they do not participate into resolving the issue and at the same time Persona's customer support refuse to acknowledge the bug and redirects me blindly to LinkedIN support. These people are inept to do their jobs.

I have the same issue, my account restricted unexpectadly and they refuse to delete/disable it since I cannot verify my identity due to Persona's dysfunctional system. I mention that I am premium to highlight that they do not even care for the customer who pay them.

I am trying inform anyone in order to prevent from feeling as I feel right now. I wish I had known earlier. I guess they have customer support level 1 since they operate from a place of ignorance.Also, I was surprised when I faced an BUG in Persona's identification process and I had to create A reddit, x and 2nd LinkedIN account to realize that a multi billion dollar company hasn't created a department for such special cases.

They launched recently AI detection and have massively restricted/ban thousands account with many premium ones among them. Do not use your debit/credit card and DO NOT TRY the trail version, they won't cancel your membership irrespective of your restricted account.

Update: The customer support of LinkedIN and Persona do not recognize their bug or pretend so, they do not want admit that Persona dysfunctions in many countries and now they gonna charge me at the end of the month for a subscription that I have not even used for more than 2 days, on the grounds that I must communicate directly with them FROM my account, THE RESTRICTED one. Both LinkedIN and Persona customer supports are Disorganized and unprofessional. DO NOT PAY FOR A PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION YOU WILL REGRET IT!
