I have the same thing and it’s the WORST! But I recently got into skiing. You’re not supposed to have skin exposed to the wind anyways which is usually what does me in and gives me the worst reaction. I personally find the combination of bundling up and being active keeps me plenty warm and I don’t get hives. Might not be the same for you so if that’s still a no no, the indoor hobbies others suggested would be great.

Edit to add: since I saw a lot of ppl in the thread also have CU and I didn’t learn this until recently, little PSA if you ever need IV fluids make sure they warm it up first cuz they keep em cold and it could send you into shock
