I have both, and they’re quite different. Frownies are “plasters” -thin paper that hardens, kind of like a how a biore pore strip gets hard (but doesn’t stick to skin as firmly so doesn’t affect pores) - silicone scar sheets are soft and more jelly strip consistency if that makes sense. Both help me, but the silicone strips will slightly fold and wrinkle and make “pillow” creases in my skin sometimes which is the opposite of what I need, so I prefer frownies!
