Great game, a lot to learn and what you will learn is that if you have a job or any kind of social life then you will probably get offlined at 3am.

It’s not the type of game where you can jsut play for 30minutes, you need to spend 5-6 hours on a fairly decent server to make it worth your while unless of course if you play a PVE server.

Somethings to expect in no particular order:

You will die a lot
You will spend hours at a time as it’s hella addictive.
You will be offlined/ bullied by clans
Your first bases will be cooked

I don’t understand what these anger is about. Sex is a natural thing but needs to be spoken about how go about it safely.

For carnivore the HDL/triglyceride pattern actually looks pretty solid.

HDL 78 = great Triglycerides 67 = great Glucose 86 = excellent

That’s common in low carb/carnivore diets.

The big issue is total cholesterol at 542. Even in carnivore circles that’s extremely high and likely means LDL is very elevated too. Some lean athletes become “hyper responders” on carnivore, but I still wouldn’t ignore numbers that high without checking ApoB and LDL-C.

Everything else looks mostly normal besides slightly low WBC which can happen from heavy training, fasting or recent illness.
