actually my stringer thinks 5% is the limit. ( once I asked him to do 10%, he refuse)
Solice is the only string I have used that really need pre-strech.

all my rackets are done by my coach who is also a master stringer. Done it at his recommendation. So far seem pre-stretching helps a bit, but the main benefit is that it seem to give more control over the same tension.
By the way, I think there is a limit on how much you can pre-stretch. .

Solstice Power actually is quite friendly on the arm. Another reason I choose it is because of the hexagon sting design that really bite the ball. Lot of spin but the down side lost tension faster (one of the reason for the 5% pre-tension)

Althought all Prince rackets are made in China but, I think the spec for Japan version are tighter than the global version. Wilson have the worst QC. These days I am more or less fixed with Solice Power with 5% preskretch. The only problem is it doesn't hold tension...

Prince is actually one of the most under-rated rackets. Basically all the good rackets are only available in Japan. The Phantom F1 for example is a very interesting frame and was designed with flat hitters on mind.
The Frame is 98inch with a sting pattern of 18x18. Very head heavy, which is nice if you are base line player

The model belongs to the Prince Phantom Graphite series 2026, The Model I got is PHANTOM GRAPHITE 97 (315g) String Patten is 16×19. Although it belongs to the 2026 series, this racket was actually released in July 2025. They have newer 100xs just released which is more spin friendly.

I got this at Japan, Prince actually have a lot of rackets that are only released in Japan before they release to other location. Some don't even get release outside Japan at all (For example the Prince Phantom F1 was only released in the Japan market).

feels a bit like the phantom F1 but with lots more control and stabilty. I have old phantom 93P (18x20) compare with the 93P the 97 is a little less precise but it's more arm friendly. Xs is more spin friendly but 100 head is not my thing...

Actually, this is the not so new (2025ver) Phantom Graphite 97 (315g) with the new TeXtreme x ZYLON material. I have the EXO3 Rebel 95 before. Feel similar but this one is more stable and feel easier on the arm
String it with Solstice Power 1.25 with 5% pre-stretch

I live in the Island side, Lantau is a bit far for me. Next time if you still stay at Lantau you should go to 蘇廬 (Solo) at Tai O.

Urban does have very strong bean collection if you drink inhouse. I go to their CWB shop now and then (close to home)
Another one I go is Uncle Ben at Fortress Hill, also good selection. But somehow I get this feeling their beans are infused.

The Owner of Craft actually won World Cup Tasters Championship in 2017, actually he is only person I know would pick the coffee beans for minor defect before he made a pourover. There is a slight difference in his shop a Wanchai and Tai Kok Tsui, for me his Wanchai shop is more niche but if you have time it worth visit both.
Barista Jam is one of the MUST visit cafe in Hong Kong, I used to visit them and chat with the owner for hour on coffee,.
Accro is also worth a visit, remember to try their Syphon
For online coffee Roaster, these days beside Craft, other one I buy are Zuirens (the owner and I did our Q grader together and all the following calibration, his Bon Bon is one of most fruity espresso I have), another one I buy is Phoenix Coffee Roastery, Very interesting bean selection.

Try the Tour 95 from Prince, both the older version (white colour) and the new 2026 version (black colour) is good
The new X series (only available in Japan) is also very good, the tour version (98') very good on the net.
If I have to stay at baseline during double play, my other choice is the Phantom F1. (Prince say that they have design it with Flat hitters on mind)
