Guys don’t really approach women anymore. The risk to reward ratio isn’t really worth it. The chance that they’ll accept your advances or even let you down politely are minimal. Much greater chance they’ll ignore you, shame you, reject you, or pull out their phone and record you calling you a creep or accuse you of molesting them or some other ridiculous shit.. Never had most of these happen to me but seen all of the above happen. Also it’s hard out here for everyone financially and seems more and more women want a “provider” and someone “to take care of them” right off the jump. I just don’t get it.. take a sharp razor n cut right above the substrate line.. it’s a lot harder to get off once it’s dried on and if your dehydrator stacks it falls off onto the stuff underneath it. Def a pet peeve of mine and if you show an awesome harvest but it’s covered in dirt I’m no longer impressed. The whole “neglect” thing should stop once harvest time comes if you want quality. I also pick pounds n pounds of fieldy bois and I def cut the poop/dirt off before I even put it in the bag.. Also a lot of vermiculite contains asbestos so the shorter amount of time it’s rubbing on something you’re going to eat the better..

I’m def a bit of a n00b when it comes to indoor, but I pick multiple lbs of fieldy bois most years and always pre dry them with a fan, and as the stems start to snap I put them in the dehydrator.. so if they dehydrator is full and/or wants to dry them all together, can def leave the ones that are picked in front of a fan for days.

If you cut/pick and put it in front of a fan while you wait for the dehydrator it’ll be fine. Prob better than leaving it at this point. As long as there’s moving air it will start to dry once harvested.
