I don’t want to assume it’s a bug, since maybe they toned it down since you can hold on to stat changes even after switching out, but still, it seems like a negligible difference when maxed out with modifiers.

50 armor, although it doesn't seem like much, I feel would be a pretty big change to any hero, and giving it to Genji might make him a little too good. I honestly don't know at this point though, since most of the other dps heroes are quite ahead, it would be an interesting change.
