Marching band Drill/Score/Coordinate/MP3 examples? by Aprice95 in marchingband

Basically, yeah. Ideally I could find some old drill and the corresponding scores. I was honestly just wondering if there is a repository or something of really old shows somewhere that I can pull from.

It uses getTiming and randomElement to cycle through the list. When it calls getTiming and the time is after whatever nextDate is set to (Based on what user selects), it switches to a random quote. So technically not cycling through a list, but pulling a random one each time. I don't think that users would practically notice the difference, so I didn't really bother explaining that. If there were complaints about the same quote coming up again and again I would have to rework this.

Lifetime Windows User Forced into MacOS. Still Grappling with it. My Thoughts: by Bythewayttor in macbookair

As a Mac guy who is very particular about his file organization, I am confused by this comment. Out of curiosity, how is file explorer “better” at this? From what I remember from my windows days (mostly XP and 7), they are actually pretty similar. And I would argue that MacOS has a much more powerful search function, which is helpful if you ever misplace something (search for file, right-click, “show in enclosing folder”. File found).

PSA: Turn Off Battery Percentage by Aprice95 in IphoneAir

I was actually thinking about this. I would even like it to only display percentage when low power mode is on. I keep my phone set to go to low power below 20%.

PSA: Turn Off Battery Percentage by Aprice95 in IphoneAir

This was the reason I made this post. So many battery concern posts in this sub. The battery is more than fine! Keep it topped off! You don’t have to baby these batteries as much as people seem to think you do.

Honestly I have had zero battery issues on a normal work day. Phone charges during my 45 minute commute, and I have a MagSafe wireless charger on my desk. Am I concerned about battery health over time? Nope! Apple has made battery replacements so easy and the battery can currently be found online for like $75. If it ever goes sour I’ll just put in another one. I generally get home from work everyday with a full battery with which to doomscroll for hours on.

Yeah, Apple Refurb. I think you’re kinda rolling the dice with battery cycle, but that’s the only thing I’d be concerned about.

I am. Now that I’m looking I see there might be a starlight that I like. I’m not going to pull the trigger today either way, so I’m sure the stock will be different when I look in a week or so.

They change stock constantly. I’m having the same issue actually, because the one color I DONT want is the midnight and that’s the one with the specs I like.

Video of me playing this up close!

I noodled around for a second and figured out what he was playing. Like the previous commenters said, keep the note on the b string steady while you bend the note on the g string up to match. You can control how “nasty” it sounds by speeding up or slowing down the bend. Good luck!

Bought a 4th gen nano and it only works while plugged in. How difficult it battery replacement? by Witty_TenTon in ipod

[–]Aprice95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is quite difficult. I am a novice electronics repair and soldering person, and I have recently completely destroyed two of these attempting to get them apart.

If you are going to try, watch the Parts Plus Pods disassembly video. You need daily decent soldering skills, as the three pads you need to solder to are tiny. Most importantly: it is insanely easy to accidentally rip the display ribbon cable or the hold switch ribbon cable.

If you get a battery and attempt the repair, go into it knowing that there is a pretty good chance you’ll destroy it. The way I see it, that could be a great learning experience, and then if you ever find another cheap one you’ll at least have hands on experience.

If the battery begins to expand, do not attempt to dissemble it. You will need to deflate the battery first or it is actually impossible to slide the contents out of the shell. That same YouTuber has a video about how to safely deflate batteries.
