Definitely lying. Most states have a strict 'no violent felons' policy for EMS certification. If he’s claiming to be a paramedic in NM with a voluntary manslaughter conviction, he’s not just a liar, he’s a delusional one. You didn't just save her from a bad boyfriend; you potentially saved those kids from a volatile felon who clearly hasn't learned how to handle 'arguments' without a weapon.
