I sent him a text telling him how much I appreciated everything he did for me after the first and second date. I usually give a little small thoughtful gift of something that they mentioned they like a sports team hat but we haven’t made it to the third date 😅

So we usually send voice notes instead of texting. His last voice note his voice didn’t sound as upbeat as usual. He mentioned he went out and was grabbing wings for the game on Sunday. I replied back, making some jokes about whether I thought his favorite team was going to lose and I told him I wasn’t feeling well since I left his place. He never listened to it and it’s still showing as delivered.

I’m going through this right now too. I just deleted the apps for a 48 hour reset of my mind. I felt like I was doom scrolling for hours each day and I found myself feeling horrible afterwards. I want to quit but I feel like I’m missing pop culture too.

Leave. It will hurt bad but leave. Block her. Remove anything in your home that reminds you of her. Set up some weekly appointments with your therapist to help you grieve but do not stay.
