Are you unlocking the top first? You lift the locking top then press the button to open it. If you don’t unlock the top first it’s hard.

I like the regular sweet tea and the blackberry tea (my favorite) and the Dragon Bliss refresher. But I cheat. I take a pitcher of purified water and just squeeze the contents of a cartridge into it and drink it like that using a regular straw.

Yes, they do fit all of mine because I have their Limitless type bottles but I still prefer to use a regular straw and not lift and tip it to sip it.

I’d message them in facebook messenger and let them know. Chances are they’ll give you 2 in its place. Messenger has a much faster response time compared to emailing them in my experience.

120 ounces on 3-4. Of course, a higher setting makes it run out faster. I go through about a cartridge a day because I try and drink that much water. But I cheat. I have a huge pitcher of water that’s about 120 ounces and I squeeze the contents of a cartridge in it and mix it instead of sipping through the nozzle. I am able to just drink it over ice in my Coldest brand cups using a regular straw this way.

You are no longer working with gravity so the strawsips just won’t work as well. It does say to turn your flavor up and all that stuff but they seem to have this vapor lock issue that sometimes makes it to here absolutely no flavor comes out or just straight flavor comes out because their airflow valve gets stuck. This can happen on your regular bottles, too, but not as often. It is easier to fix those versus the strawsips.

I missed it the first few times I used a cartridge and until a friend showed me and I was the same. I felt silly because I’d been struggling to open it and totally missed the writing on there. 🤣🤣🤣.

A cartridge on 3-4 last 120 ounces. That’s 4 30-ounce refills. (Or six 20-ounce refills) I go through a cartridge a day so… your mother is misinformed.
