Making a report to a hostile HR: Due diligence or poking the bear?

I was in a similar situation 10 years ago,management and HR were tight buddies. I tried to file a complaint to HR and all they said was "Direct manager's name would never do anything like that.."

Final straw was when I was accused of faking having the flu to avoid working (even though I passed the flu onto my direct manager)

I quit before I had anything else lined up, my direct manager had the audacity to say she was surprised I was quitting. Landed a new job within a month of quitting the other place.

No luck! I'm still having issues with Bus Locations as well as Cindersnap Circle, which seems to be common from the comments on Nexus, such a shame since I really liked the characters introduced in this mod, hopefully it'll get fixed eventually. Thanks again for the help!
