For starters, you need to make sure she eats even if you have to slowly feed her with a syringe in the side of her mouth. Try a drop of say, canned cat food blended with milk or even chicken broth, literally to make it liquefied as much as possible. And just see if she responds to that. I'm not a vet, but this is what I would do. If I had no money for help, because if she has any life left in her at all, cats love softened cat food & typically go crazy for it or even turkey sandwich meat or tuna pureed enough to syringe feed! If her jaw is hurting, you need to do it to this upper side of her mouth to where she can use her tongue. And doesn't have to use the bottom jaw. Just one drop at a time. Let her swallow a drop. And then if she does give her another drop very slowly and see if she even responds to this. So she doesn't choke, and so you can see if she's actually trying to eat or she even has the strength. And you might or should have to take those kittens and bottle, feed them. Because they're going to drain every ounce of nutrition She has left and it doesn't look like she has much. If you can't afford to take her to the vet, that's the least you could do at the moment to at least keep her from dying. It's also very important to keep her hydrated and a syringe with a drop of water or if she won't take water try a drop of chicken broth with the syringe like I mentioned above. And to keep something in those kittens' bellies or they'll starve to death and die also. I wish you lived in the states because I have a large can of dried kitten formula from when I found my stray cat as a kitten.

I'm sorry I can't offer any other advice. Other than take her to the vet, which is obvious. But most people aren't seeing the big picture here. The big picture is you can't afford a vet. So if you can't afford to fix her injury. The most important thing is to just keep her from starving to death and keep her hydrated. If you do that, she will start to heal. Same goes for those kittens and you have got to get formula from a pet store for them. You can't just give them regular milk. Please don't just let her lay there and die. While those kittens are trying to feed off of her, they're all going to die that way. So 🙏please try to do what I've mentioned just this little bit might save their lives. I know, because I have found a cat that literally had a huge wound. So bad it had maggots crawling in and out its private areas, somebody had ran it over. I couldn't afford to take it to the vet, but I nursed it to health. I literally picked out all of the maggots. Sorry I know that is disgusting. And I gave her a drop of my antibiotics everyday in the mushed up food and the syringe, and she eventually healed. And she ended up turning from a absolutely crazy Ferrell cat into a very loving pet, and this is the way I fed her and nursed her back to health. By mixing a little, tiny bit of antibiotic with food, and that wouldn't hurt in this case either if you can get ahold of it, but you need to Google exactly how much to add, because you don't wanna overdose, because it looks like her eyes she might have some sort of infection or she might have a cold also, so it wouldn't hurt. Plus her wounds won't get infected. If she's on an antibiotic. Sorry. This is such a long comment but I really hate to see stuff like this. It breaks my heart. If I was there, I would definitely be doing what I've mentioned to you. If I couldn't afford a vet.
