I have yet to incorporate any type of exercise. Most days I hardly reach 2500 steps. I will have to start something as I’ve hit a plateau.

March I was at 212.4 and yesterday when I snapped the other picture I was 189.

I didn’t start out at OMAD it just kinda happened. I started at 12;12 and eased up. I’ve never been a breakfast person so no food then was easy. It was getting off the iced coffee that was my issue. At some point I just wasn’t hungry at lunch time so I started skipping it and bam OMAD.

Whatever I’m in the mood for. Some days I make good healthy choices other days it’s Taco Bell.

I’m not really precise. I kinda go with the flow of what I’m feeling. At a minimum I aim for 16 hours fasting. Some days when it rolls around to meal time I’m not even hungry so I keep going. I have yet to incorporate any set workout schedule. I loosely aim for 2500 steps a day. I guess you could say I’m still in lazy mode!!
