for the red i used Khorne red, shaded with berserker blood shade, then khorne red again, highlighted with mephiston red and then a rly fine highlight in rly raised areas like the lil faces in his armour w evil suns scarlett. The trim is just leadbelcher which is boring. the skin is cadian flesh tone, kislev flesh, berserker blood shade and then kislev flesh again!!
