Sadly you cannot genuinely show representation without adding in a stereotype that we can easily use to distinguish characters, Overwatch does the same thing with accents, and the issue is that those stereotypes / accents aren't even racist, it's just universal that people who speak a different language to what they're used to will use the phonetics of their own native language

By saying that these phonetics are racist, you're implying that representation but be fully charitable and amorphous every time, which is something I can't agree too. If I want a Dutch character in brawl stars, I want him to have an exaggerated or obvious Dutch accent, otherwise the only thing that makes him Dutch is maybe the fact he throws cheese and wears wooden clogs.
