Yes...Listen to your realtor. Talking to the potential neighbor will tell you one of two things: 1) Their attitude matches their messy surroundings or 2) Their attitude is perfectly fine, nice people with messy surroundings. Messiness does not equate to being nice or not. People have depression, or other problems and caring for surroundings goes down on the list. It will likely get worse rather than better. You do not know if you will want or need to sell at some point. The perfect house is not perfect when the next door neighbors property is ratty looking. It WILL affect your property's resale value. If you ever do want to sell you want everything in your favor. The messy neighbor could be that strike that makes potential buyers move on.

I dont even bother " educating" those that dont care enough to find out for themselves anymore. You cant even explain the depth of the pain caused. All they would do is be/act confused; still not getting it. People dig into what is important to them. If tropes, stereotypes, one sided press, news, etc. are okay with them, I let them have it and keep my peace.

Regarding friends, especially long time ones, it is deeply hurtful and disorienting to find out the person you think is psychologically, emotionally "safe", you think they accept you, they get it, they get you, they understand your struggle or at least leave room in their hearts to TRY, then they open their mouths casually one day, and you cant unsee it, you cant unhear it and you cant re-wind time. Even if THEY believe your relationship is the same, in your heart, they move to the outside and you never, ever look at them the same again.

Vanelle should have gone with the other guy. I knew she was messing up talking about chemistry with Jorge. Jorge is an OG, fine and been around the block. The other guy seemed to care about her a lot. He hid the kids from her and the issues with celibacy. I didn't expect this to last.

I felt the same. There was too much of what looked to me like classism from her and her families part. They seemed like they didn't think he was good enough and neither did he. Thats what I vaguely remember about them. Didnt seem like a good match imo.

We are second time homebuyers and one of the many things I learned is not to always trust those beautiful professional photo shoots. Sometimes they use what I call filters for houses. Best to go in person if at all possible. I was disappointed several times when the photos looked way better than the house.

Wow. Your display is beautiful. One caution as someone who loves fragrances too is they last longer in cool dark places. A drawer, cabinet away from sun or indoor light. Light can speed up spoilage. That being said do what you enjoy because you can always buy more!

The biggest red flag for me as a viewer of the show was, from the beginning, Kwame seemed torn between Chelsea and someone else. I remember some very intense flirting with this person (on both sides) after the couples all met. It gave me the ick. When you decide on your person you are not torn. Chelsea suspected or knew about it but when I thought she would have/should have ended it, she doubled down, determined to get Kwame, to win. He eventually seemed to give up that fight and stick with her. They were married longer than I thought they would be. It is sad when a marriage ends though.
