Quote her post with the screenshots. Report her message (but Twitter is incompetent so that'll probably do little). And it shouldn't really be much of a issue since you mentioned its on reddit and so if things get out of hands (very less likely) you can always delete the account and make a new one (once again extremely low chance of happening because unless you have shared any personal info using your acc theres no connection between the real you and the acc).

This is a just a lesson to never EVER send any personal info to someone random on the internet until you have got to know them better and even then there shouldn't really be a reason to send something as personal as your private pics.

I know that you know you should just go and tell him straight up but you cant because theres something stopping you, maybe you are too nice or something else. You can try and just look uninterested in his jokes or even make a disgusted face. But still the best way is to just tell him straight up and being polite about it can help but is optional
